Mass Cut & Fill - Piceance Creek Basin

This mass cut and fill project was executed high on top of the Piceance Creek Basin, just North of Parachute, Colorado.  It consisted of moving approximately 180,000 yards of material in which a majority was solid rock that had to be crushed before reintroducing as fill material.  The deepest cut was roughly 100 feet, while the fill was approximately 65 feet deep.  A compressor station is now being constructed on the completed site.
